Walter Clarke has over twenty years of banking and financial services experience. Clarke has worked in various capacities in the financial industry including mortgage, wealth management and commercial banking. He was in the Top 1% for Bank of America loan officers nationally and the Top Premier Banking Client Manager for his Alexandria team with $18 million in investments/deposits for a quarter. Clarke has developed an expertise assisting emerging businesses with challenges gaining access to capital and managing cash flows as they navigate this complex economy. Clarke also managed the Department of Defense relocation program and facilitated the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program during President Clinton’s Administration. Clarke participated in congressional hearings and conducted seminars and housing fairs to Base Commanders and employees for the Air Force and Army.
Clarke also serves on The Salvation Army Advisory Board, Alexandria, VA and South Fairfax Development Corporation – Board of Directors & Economic Development Committee.
