Speakers include: Tim J. Sargeant, member of the Fairfax County Planning Commission, who helped to spearhead the groundwork to turn 2,700 acres into the successful mixed-use development in Lorton; and Tina Leone, the former head of the Lorton Arts Foundation, who is currently CEO of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, who developed the innovative strategies to wed business and the arts at the Lorton Workhouse Arts Center. How can this winning model be replicated elsewhere in Northern Virginia?
