WEBA Wellness Day

Navigating the wellness industry can be overwhelming, often leaving us with more questions than answers. WEBA is bringing together wellness businesses in Alexandria to help the community learn how to keep their bodies healthy.

This event offers opportunities to speak with professionals and get your questions answered. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, and wear athletic clothing, and sneakers. The schedule includes fun physical games, as well as stretching and breathing workshops—so don’t miss out!
